FAQ
What happens to the balloons after my event?
If no props owned by Ballooning Around Dallas are included in setup, client is responsible for taking down and disposing the balloons after their event. Ballooning Around Dallas can return for take down, if necessary, at an extra charge. If you have any questions regarding take down, please email us at letsparty@ballooningaround.com.
What about outdoor installations?
Outdoor installations may require an extra fee depending on complexity of the installation. We do everything we can to make sure the decor will withstand the outdoor elements however, we never guarantee perfect outdoor installs. We use the best quality materials but are not responsible for how the weather may affect the installation.
When inclement weather is an issue, installations may be moved to another date (upon availability). Our number one priority is your satisfaction, your safety and ours. We reserve the right to postpone events due to weather.
A variety of techniques are used for outdoor installs to secure garlands. Paint chipping may occur and glue residue may be left behind after removal. We strive to avoid any damages but if any occur, Ballooning Around Dallas is not responsible.
What about the heat?
We live in Texas and we all know that the Texas heat can be BRUTALLY HIGH. Please keep in mind that balloons WILL pop under direct heat and prolonged sun exposure.
We recommend planning your balloon installs under shaded areas if possible.
Balloons last for weeks when kept indoors, but the life span shortens significantly outdoors, especially in the heat.
